Grants

Despite the challenging climate, we are delighted that Groove on the Green 2024 managed to be a profitable weekend of fundraising. In addition to a few thousand pounds raised directly by charities and community groups who joined the event, we also raised a healthy surplus through sale of wristbands, takings from the bars and donations from our amazing, generous local sponsors.

The 2024 Grant Application Round is now open.

Applications should be received by GOTG no later than 30 November 2024

Decisions on those applications will be made by no later than 31 December 2024

Applications will be considered and approved / not approved in accordance with the GOTG CIO “Policy for the Awarding of Grants to Organisations ” – a copy of which is available on request.

In the 2024 Application Round, GOTG CIO is offering grants which support up to 75% of the cost of organisations’ projects / activities up to a maximum grant of £750.
